GRE

Created in 1949, GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) is a famous standardized test conducted to test international student’s abilities required to meet the admission requirements in Graduate schools in the United States.

However, the GRE test is split into two types: Type 1 test is the GRE General Test, and Type 2 test is basically a GRE Subject Test.

In almost every graduate school in the USA, the GRE test is valued, and often the test is mandatory to meet the students’ admission requirements. The test predominantly assesses critical thinking, verbal reasoning, analytical writing, and quantitative reasoning skills. However, this computer-based test is essential for all those international students aspiring to pursue graduation from the USA for an extended period. The test is a temporary requirement in most instances, but the test is necessary for a highly-accredited graduation program.

The GRE test scoring scale varies from 130 to 170 scale, and students are required to qualify in the test within 45 minutes timeframe, including a 10-minute break.
